M.I.A. showed up at the Jimmy Choo for H&M launch in an outfit that looks more appropriate for a Halloween party! A sheer blue blouse with a shark emblazoned on the front.

What was she thinking? Here are a couple of theories:

1. There was some scheduling mixup and she was told she was going to a costume party.

2. She's been partying non-stop since Halloween and hasn't changed out of her costume.

Whatever her reasons were, This was definitely a fashion miss! Wow! Bizarre fashion sense to say the least.
