Michael Jackson's family thought that Michael Jackson had died without a will. But his will has been found. The will was dated 2002 and was drawn up by John Branca who is an entertainment lawyer. He was working for Michael Jackson from 1980 - 2006.

Michael Jackson's will will be filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court this week. John Branca and John McClain will be the executors of Michael Jackson's will. His estate will be divided between his mother, his children and some charities.
