Just like the 'mate-selection' eugenics-method they don't talk about, 'conception-timing' also need to be BARRRRRRRRRRRNED AT THUH STAYK!! lol Really, though, education should run on the calendar of "when each child is ready to advance" rather than the Roman Calendar. Granted, that means I'd probably still be in the 7th grade (due to my refusal to entirely drop the falsetto voice); but I would be ready to take on the world (again) by the time I reached 6th, so I wouldn't really care!
