Miley Cyrus Quits Twitter

Miley Cyrus has decided to quit Twitter. And no wonder. Who actually wants to hear about every little thing she does in her free time anyway? She reports that she wants to because "she does not want her personal life to be other people’s entertainment." She's so serious about it that she made a YouTube rap video giving details about why she did it. To watch the video "Good-bye Twitter" click here.

Check out other things I've posted.

good point

It makes sense that she'd quit, but why she would make a video about it I'm just not sure. Clearly, she's looking for more attention, but like you said, the negative reaction may not be worth it. I don't think Twitter is a good idea to begin with, but some people feel the need to share every detail of their life with the world. I can see it being used by businesses or companies who want the public to know of each move, each update, but I just don't understand its purpose in somebody's normal everyday life.

AEM

It makes sense

It makes sense for her to quit Twitter and then make a video about it!

It's a good marketing strategy if she wants attention.

I'm not sure if the negative attention will be more than what she expected.
