Miley stealing songs??

So, now Miley Cyrus is accused of stealing a song from an L.A. band called Lustra. They claim that the Hannah Montana song "Rockstar" is a rip off from their song, "Scottie doesn't know". This song was apparently used in a movie called "Eurotrip" in 2004.
The guitarist for the band said that while he was really flattered that miley wanted to take his song, he wished she would have chosen a different way to do it. Well, give the girl a break. That is Disney's fault. She doesn't write the Hannah Montana songs. She is simply a child that reads and sings what the producers give her. It is kind of sad that all of the blame is going on her, when she is not the one at fault.
There were a couple of comments made by the band that I found really humorous though. First, the lead singer said "If Hannah Montana wants us now, who is next? The Jonas Brothers?". ha! Then, "That said, if (Vanity Fair photographer) Annie Liebovitz is interested in photographing us nearly nude we are certainly open to it and we look forward to her call."
That's hilarious!!
