Mind Your Manners - Says Beijing

Beijing is gearing up for the Olympics that is scheduled to begin in the capital next month, by warning its citizens to mind their manners. There is apparently a booklet being circulated which gives precise instructions as to how to behave with the foreign players and visitors.
