Minority Rights - The Dark Side of Mankind

After reviewing most countries and the United Nations effort I am not surprise that there will be more intrastate conflict in this century due to the ignoring of minority rights. The notion of 'minority' here refers to any group of people who in terms of numbers or certain traditional norms are either not perceived or treated as equals. It refers to minority communities created out of the so called 'Democratic' Ballot Box, or women in the work place or children who are considered as minorities in this largely adult world. All humans should be treated equal regardless of race, religion, age, institutional or financial background. The Human life in its essence comprise of cells, blood and a pure Human Spirit. We therefore need to remove any form of filters that creates any notion of a superior human race or faith that should be accorded any form of special considerations or enjoy any special status.

It will not come as surprise to most that this is one subject even the most supposedly democratic institutions like the United Nations, Human Rights Commission and a large section of the Western world has turned a blind eye to. For political reasons most of these institutions are deliberately silent and as such biases are prevalent both in the Western and Eastern World. The West(Europe) is keen to maintain homogeneity of its race and the East takes advantage of this double standard to marginalize its minorities. The whole notion of Nations States and their early ethnic composition and the imperfect ballot box system have created a class society that has inevitably accorded higher status to certain race, religion or ethnic groups in almost all countries.

This is need to be some rigorously debated and resolutions adopted to help establish a fair and just world order.
