Mugabe wants to hold a "runoff." Meanwhile death squads roam the country looking for the MDC terrorist enclaves and eliminating possible terrorists and their children to sway the vote.

Even though the US Senate has called for Mugabe to step aside, the vote was non-binding and a mere utterance instead of anything with a mark next to the Senator's name. Nancy Pelosi in the House applauded Democratic Senate Leadership.

George Bush and some of his administration officials, including Dick Chaney and even possibly the very very very distant John McCain (for political distancing purposes) are positioning themselves to pay a formal visit to Mugabe and share information on tactics on successful methods of extracting information from terrorists in Zimbabwe and around the world. Proven techniques are going to be on the agenda.

Former administration experts, including Wolfowitz(R) and even former Secretary of Defense hero, Donald Rumsfeld (R), who helped in the Guantanamo camp for interrogation, could be invited unofficially for their quiet expertise in water-boarding and electrical interrogation devices. These experts developed most of their skills with hobby devices constructed by Black Water helpers.

Equipment including US biodiesel fuel to run surplused military electrical generators for advanced interrogation methods of homegrown Zimbabwean terrorists are quietly being discussed as part of an aid package for the troubled African dictatorship.

Should Mugabe be allowed to leave or should he be held accountable?

Uganda dictator Idi Amin lived happily in Saudi Arabia a generation past after Ugandan atrocities; a Muslim by conversion, he was given refuge in Saudi Arabia, and died in 2003. Amin killed 300,000 it is said. He promised to make Uganda a Black Muslims land -- and killed (all) the intelligentsia of Uganda.

The raid on Entebbe in 1974 caused Amin to have executed, DORA BLOCH, a British-Israeli grandmother the hijackers released for medical treatment in Entebbe -- along with 200 of his own government officials.

Amin modeled Uganda, ruling by decree. In 1978, things really go bad. When the country is about destroyed by his actions, he invades neighboring Tanzania.

Tanzania is largely able to "turn" the invaders around and invade Uganda, and 11April 1979, and take Kampala.

Uganda's Idi Amin flees to Libya, taking his Islamic allotment of four wives, a few of his 30 concubines and about 20 of his children.

After a short time, Kahdahfy (Gaddafi) asks Amin to leave Libya. Amin then lives for a brief time in Iraq, and finally as a Muslim Brother is allowed to reside in the port city of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where he is allowed to stay provided he keeps out of politics. The Saudi Arabian Government provides him with a modest monthly stipend of about $1,400. They provide domestic servants, and cooks, as well as drivers and automobiles. Amin leads a comfortable life with his four wives in a "modest" Muslim house.

Not only a death toll of 300,000, but Amin has left Uganda with an annual inflation rate of 200%, (Mugabe does this better at 163,000%) Amin leaves a national debt of $320 million, and agricultural production destroyed -- Factories and businesses were closed -- and the suffering of lost genes has decimated Uganda, with results visible today.

Mugabe has pretty well followed Amin's script. Not quite as heavy on executions of intelligentsia, but he can let the Army do the dirty stuff. You would be hard pressed to see the Vatican offering this Roman Catholic asylum, but it could happen.

If a comparison of National Debt, and inflation is made, it is not at all possible to compare apples and oranges.

What G Bush and Big Carbon has done to the United States, leveraging the deaths of over 4000 Americans against a 9 trillion dollar debt, and cleaning up financially all the while for family and friends, does not compare to the inflation, but the debt, that is just flat incredible. Things will change when Mugabe is removed. Should he seek exile? At home he is likely to be submitted to justice. One would hope Justice could prevail even in America. The only way it can is if the brave stand and choose it. Where would Chaney go? Or Kissinger. (Dubai and Chile? Well, not Chile for Kissinger. They might hold a grudge.)

Will Clinton pursue justice for what was done to her?

Obama speak "about" change. Can he outline it? Time stops if no changes occur.

McCain says things are better, that we do not need change.

McCain knows you can't hold out under torture, and he sold the Country in Hanoi a hundred times. I do not blame him.

There is much justification for both Mugabe and his "government" actors to be punished. Soon. Soon. There is difficulty ahead, and there are challenges. The return of teachers and businesses can help bring Zimbabwe back form the brink of disaster and dissolution.
