We looked at building a home and quickly realized that was out of our price range as well as where we would live while it was being built. We moved on to modulars and quickly found them willing to give us a large house at a decent interest rate. On paper we could have afforded it but I knew better and didn’t want to come even close to stretching ourselves that far and I had plenty of mobile home remodeling ideas still in my head.
