Money at the cost of people's lives

no escapeAt least 15 people were killed after a ‘under construction’ fly over bridge collapsed in Hyderabad. The flyover bridge is supposed to withstand explosions and earth quakes but to everyone’s surprise could not withstand 5.7 cm rain.
