Money Priorities

Allot of people have questions about money, especially these days. There are people out there who are having a hard time making ends meet and are wondering if things will ever get better.

I like so many others have those same thoughts and feelings. You see for the past eight years I was gainfully employed at a job that I loved greatly. I had the nice car the beautiful house, I had it all. It wasn’t until recently that I found out that I wasn’t really happy or at least I did not understand what real happiness was.

You see I was laid off a few months ago and found myself in a dilemma. How was I going to continue this life I thought was the best for me, let alone pay for the bills I had stacking up?

I immediately turned to my god and asked for his direction. He lead me down a path I wasn’t very accustomed to. I soon there after short sold my over priced home, turned back in my over priced car. Bought a very inexpensive home and an economic car and by so doing trimmed out all of the extras in my life I did not need. And you know what, I was happier. It turns out you don’t need those things to be happy. I also found a better job that pays just the same, but I have found I do not have to send all that I earn to be happy.
