This article is both hilarious and slightly disturbing that someone would actually take the time and effort to research and write it.  It does offer some insight into potential monopoly strategies to increase your chances of winning against your opponent.  Take for example, if you are in jail it is sometimes better to roll the dice, and sometimes better to pay the fee.  If you don't know when, check it out.
