Morals!

Morals are implemented only after the basic needs of an individual have been met.Followed by a closeness with other people outside their family( interaction of other ideals). If the needs haven't been met then that individual becomes an anti-humane person, leading to a suppressed, or destructive personality. Now, some people try to quail such tendencies through-out society by invoking, God,ethics,law, etc to control that behavior. But as stated, unless a person's needs ARE met leading to a feeling of security, they will continue to be other than humane. And no amount of what's right ( God's Will ) or what's wrong ( Enforcement of one's own will instead of what society may want ) is going to make a big difference.
