AP (Associated Press) is reporting today that the World Health Organization (WHO) is calling smoking "the tobacco epidemic." Director-General Dr. Margaret Chan claims tobacco smoking will kill One Billion (1,000,000,000)persons by the year 2100. Although governments already collect over $200 billion per year in tobacco taxes, WHO is proposing that governments again raise taxes on tobacco.
