More Losses in 2010 Could Push GOP to Brink of Collapse

Here you come to know that the 2010, by all accounts, should be a Republican year. It’s rare to see a single party be decimated three times in a row, and the first midterm election into a new presidential term tends not to be kind to the president’s party< p>

2010 A year for Republicans

Ishu, The Republicans have taken a beating the last 2 cycles because they have abandoned their conservative principles. Too many Republican voters took the "I'll show them" attitude and didn't vote at all which resulted in losses in both houses. Duncan wasn't willing to listen to the people and just plowed ahead with the same old washington republican style of thinking. The Republican party has too many moderate (read spineless) members in both houses. I believe we are down to about 5 left, one of which decided not to run again, Voinovich, instead of suffering from an embarrasing defeat by another true Republican that was sure to come. Also, friday night Michael Steele won the RNC chairman seat. Not only is he a true Conservative Republican, but he isn't going to put up with any of the spineless garbage that us Conservatives have had to deal with in the past. Michael Steele is going to help change the way Washington Republicans think and do buisness. I must say it isn't a minute too soon either with this ridiculus "stimulus" package before us now.
