I would stay far, far away from anything made with rayon because it wrinkles like a mofo, but all of the killer shirts I see are made from the traveler-unfriendly material. So throw caution and fashion sense to the wind and scoop up that badass shirt when you find it.
Things to look for are lots of crazy colors that you normally wouldn't put together like orange and neon green with some red highlights. Pineapples and flowers, pheasants and Corona Bottles, Tobasco and ham sadwiches, whatever pattern strikes your fancy.
