The movie The Last House on the Left is a good horror movie. It is very suspenseful and it is different because it reminds me of when horror movies used to be made without adding too many special effects. I feel that too many computerized special effects can take away from a horror movie being scary but that is not the case in this movie. It even has a couple parts that are humorous and funny to watch. There is a rape scene of a teenage girl in the movie that is sad and difficult to watch. I would recommend the movie for mature audiences due to the language, violence, and graphic scenes in the film.
