Movie review- Michael Clayton

Modeled after the intelligent, character-driven conspiracy melodramas of the 1970s, "Michael Clayton," which represents Tony Gilroy's feature directorial debut, but is very much a George Clooney star vehicle, is a rather simple, old-fashioned message picture in both the positive and negative sense of these terms.
