Multiple BookMarking Sites: Social Poster vs. SocialMarker

I know what you mean...I have learned a ton here on xomba - Thanks to all - and really have no idea what those social bookmarking sites are all about. I hope you get a lot of comments on this one Bigpink.

Yea, I gotta tell ya, I am very confused, (maybe not?) on exactly what CLICK on each site actually initiates the bookmarking process. I'm just feeling I 'm missing something here.

what about pinggoat.com it is easy and lets you know whats being pinged. also tells you when its done. i was trying to use the socializer for bookmarking but could never figure it out.

I explored this as well, but the $150 seems very cost prohibitiive...like you..i'm still trying to figure things out. but thatnks for posting

It doesnt cost anything to bookmark your articles, why would you pay $150 for software, I know what you are saying about bookmarking an article all at once with several differerent sites. I use the ones that get results and dont worry about the rest, specially anything I write I always bookmark with google and yahoo, mixx is good, alot of people love digg, but I don't get much traffic from digg, and stumbleupon, everyone at least bookmarks with stumbleupon for traffic.

What does it all mean? That you get people to come to your Web site by putting links on other Web sites?

And, I still don't really "get-it," but, I do know my Google Adsense money has increased dramatically (and I'm not talking dollars--I'm talking cents) from getting 3c per day to 50, 60,70, cents average a day. One day I hit $3.73 for one day, but going from 3 cents to 60 cents is a big increase.

So, even if you still don't get it, and I don't, follow the advice given by "adrienne," and just DO IT!

Guys I am sorry if I am not explaining it well I just know it works. Let me try it this way--bookmarking allows other to find what you have written easier than if you didn't bookmark.

Take stumbleupon when I first started writing on the net everybody was talking about stumble-- I was like stumble what??? But I soon discovered stumbleupon drives traffic to your article if you bookmark it.

For example hubpages, I write on hubpages as well, but I also keep track of where my traffic is coming from (hubpages has a tool we use to check stats on traffic) I noticed 800 people stumbling across my article from bookmarking.

Same goes for mixx I bookmark with mixx, and I see traffic coming from doing so.

In the words of bigpink Just Do It, you will catch on. If I can get it anybody can.

I know it does feel strange to submit your own article but if you dont bookmark it for yourself who else is going to do it. I know it takes time, but if I can do this working with only one hand and half, I know you guys can be consistant and bookmark your writtings with two good hands. (lol)

I just started using Stumble over the last few days. I'll have to see how it goes.

More than this bookmarking thing is my big ??? about kjhack's RSS feed display of his Xomba Articles. I've tried over and over to get that box, and I still want it, but, how does it happen??
