So the night after she left I had a little difficultly sleepping. Something just wasn't quite right. I tried turning the TV down - yes, I sleep with the TV on again, terrified of ghosts so the TV scares them away in my demented mind (See, I believe that if there is noise the ghosts don't come out because they know people will see them so they wait for everything to be quiet - sicko, yes I know). But that didn't work - just couldn't get comfortable. So, I tried the couch - a previous place of great snoozing during the previous marriage. No good either. So I decided to walk bad to bed.

On the way there, while turning on and off lights as I went - more of the ghost craziness - I saw something out of the corner of my eye in the second bedroom by the window. I immediately did a double take but it was gone. What did it look like? Can't really tell you. I can tell you it looked like your classic ghost and kinda femine. When I try to think back about what it looked like that is all I come up with - a woman and that it was a ghost. Sometimes I think it looked like a young girl maybe in her early teens and at other times it reminds me of a lady in her twight years - maybe 60's or 70's.

I was scared *bleep*less. I tried laying down and sleeping but the vision of the ghost kept coming back. I tried to rationalize that maybe it was some dust coming out of the A/C vent over the window (Really in hindsight, that thought wasn't too far off). But, I knew again in that little spot in the back of my brain that it wasn't any dust. It was a full fledged ghost. I also had that bad stomach dropping feeling that not only was that not going to be my last encounter with it but she/it was not harmless, something bad was going to happen.
