My Black Capped Caique Parrot - Jacob

We got Jacob when he was 6 monts old. He has been the joy and terror of my life. We have had our ups and downs to say the least. As much as I love this little man, I discourage people from getting a parrot, of any size. This is Jacob's story and why I don't want you to have a parrot, unless you think about a thing or two.
