My Experiences with Salvia and Why it's Illegal in Ohio as of April 1, 2009

Salvia divinorum is a psychoactive herb that is legal in many states. Many use salvia for spiritual purposes whereas others use it recreationally (and post videos on YouTube to prove that). Is this what caused it to be illegal in Ohio?
