My First Month on Xomba I Made Money

I joined Xomba and Google Ad Sense showing my first date as April 02, 2008. I began posting items right away and found that this is extremely addictive and enjoyable as a hobby and to pass the time. I actually work on the internet and during my work day I have several small periods of time that are downtime but yet I have to be on the computer waiting for work to present itself. During those small periods of downtime I would post some articles that were pre written and also look for any other articles or things of interest that I could post on Xomba. This side line hobby that can be done during my work day sure does make the work day a little easier to endure.

My first day of Google Ad Sense is listed as April 02. From that date to the last day of the month, April 30th, my accumulated earnings showed as $30.69 for my first month. That is so exciting to me. Now, I admit, $30.69 and doesn’t buy much anymore. Maybe eight gallons of gas for the car, or it might even buy a few groceries. But, how many programs have we all signed up for with promises of a few dollars and never seen a dime of that promise, even when we put all our efforts into it.

The money is a nice added bonus to the enjoyment of being a part of the Xomba community. Getting to know the other members and enjoying the gifts that they have to share in the articles that they post is most fulfilling. The interesting things that the other members post and share in this community of “show and tell” are fascinating to read.

I just wanted to take a minute to send a “Thank You” to all the staff at Xomba for all their help with this new “xombie” and for their insights in offering this type of community. I also wanted to let others who may be thinking about joining Xomba that this is a great opportunity and that…yes…you can make some money while having fun.

Xomba and $$$ from Day 2...

My first day on Xomba, thirty-three weeks ago, I read through all the Google Adsense stuff, got very confused, overwhelmed, and ran away.

So, about three weeks ago, I finally decided to try it again, read the info slowly, ask some questions, take some notes, and, once, again, begin.

The first day - three weeks ago - I made nothing. But, I remember what other Xomba members have told me, write, and don't think about the money, and, I have.

But, I still like to peak at the $$$.

I've had days where I made three cents, and then there's been a few days, that went over $2, and all other amounts, in between. Even after three weeks, with a total of about $10, I am excited!

And, yea, James Wood, I agree with you - How many, many, sites have we, or, you, or me, signed up for, and not made one-cent??

I'm no pro, or, even close to being, but, with Xomba, and the tools at Google Adsense, I have a good feeling that my profits will elevate, as my writing excels, from the teachings of Xomba!!

I thank you for your report of progress, especially progress, at the beginning...

Great article and congratulations on your success. Yes, Xomba is very addictive - you feel like you are talking to friends and family. It is so much fun and you get to make money too. Keep writing and your income will grow.
