My Life a Working Vacation

I have been working as an instructor for safety and emergency care courses. The good thing about my work is it allows me to travel to different places and meet different kinds of people. But the best thing about it is you get to teach people the art of saving life.

Yes, people might consider it as a simple task and I do agree that teaching first aid and cpr courses are a simple task. But the endpoint is, the rewards are great. Though you may say that financially it will not make you a millionaire but spiritually if will bring your spirits high. Most especially if your students will be able to save a person’s life from the knowledge that you have shared to them

It is a very inspiring job and it has no limitations. Bear in mind that accidents happen anytime and anywhere. Therefore, there are no qualifications as to who would be taking the course. You could be a manager, a supervisor, a plain housewife to the medically trained persons like nurses, doctors, midwifes and many others.

Once in a while I am able to receive communications from people who will tell me that they were able to save a drowning victim, a vehicular accident victim because of what I have taught them. There was even once when I travelled abroad and was on a stopover, someone approach me and told me that I was her instructor before and now she is working in another country giving care to people.

This are just the few reasons why I love my work and for me its not work. Its something that fuels up my system and keep me going on to reach out to more individuals. To teach them first aid, safety, to teach them the art of saving a person’s life.
