My wife (Sherry), and son (Kenneth), are really into making movies, and becoming celebrities.

In 2006 my wife and son got a chance to be in the movie called (My Name Is Bruce), which is a comedy/horror film, Kenneth almost got the role of the teenage boy who finds Bruce Campbell, and talks him into saving their town from Guandi. Bruce Campbell is a well known celebrity, and has been in many different movies, commercials, etc., such as Spiderman 1, 2, & 3. There is also 3 other actors in My Name is Bruce that is in the Spiderman movies. Bruce is presently on Burn Notice, Thursday nights at 7:00, which is being taped in Miami Florida.

Grace Thorsen who plays Bruce's love interest was voted best actress of the year, and got a $10,000 scholarship. Bruce was ready to leave the little town of "Gold Lick", when he was captured by her beauty. Be watching for her in other movies, such as Calvin Marshall, which my wife, son, and daughter, are also in.

Kenneth was a featured extra, and got to play three roles in the movie. They spent nine and a half days with Bruce Campbell (actor and director), and usually worked 13 hours a day. One time they were directed to get dirty for a scene, and some of the extras were doing summersaults on the ground. They were totally covered in dirt, then the crew changed their mind, (and they never intended for them to get that dirty in the first place). My wife said it was interesting trying to get all the dirt off theirselves. She also told me that the crew was surprised, because they couldn't believe how dirty the extras were.

They were also fed really good food, like steak, shrimp, salmon, all you can eat salad bar, etc. They ate like Kings and Queens.

Most of the movie took place at Bruce Campbell's (real) house, where they have a beautiful field of lavender. Ida and Bruce Campbell sells their lavender commercially, and Ida (his wife), also does some kind of camera work like Bruce; that's how they met.

My wife Sherry played a Town's Person, while Kenneth played a Town's Person, Kid that runs the projector, the Shot in the Ear Guy, and a Mechanic who's head was chopped off.

The movie is quite comical, and you should watch it first chance you get. This movie makes fun of some other movies, like Broke Back Mountain, etc. This movie also makes fun of movies that Bruce Campbell was previously in. Sherry and Kenneth made lots of friends, and got lots of exercise. My Name is Bruce is now on DVD.
