My personal coconut and garlic shrimp recipe

This is a recipe I made up Friday night with some left over large shrimp from a previous night. I had about 15 large shrimp.

You need:
malibu coconut rum
lime
garlic powder
black pepper

Mix in some malibu rum and small amount of lime juice into a cup. Pour in some garlic powder and black pepper to taste. I like this recipe alittle mild so I only put in alittle bit of black pepper and a fairly large amount of garlic powder. Peel and devein the shrimp. Heat a skillet, to medium and pour the sauce mixture into the pan. Put the shrimp in and let cook a few minutes on each side until done. Make sure not to over cook.

I dont measure any of my own recipe, I simply put things in to taste. It will vary how much of each ingredient you use depending on the amount of shrimp, the size of skillet and so on.
