This has outraged the community. The man responsible for the NEO American Church was put in prison in 1975 for sexual offenses and operating a sex cult that included young children. George Feigley is his name and one victim states that he actually pierced genitals shut with a lock mechanism that only he could open. The man was released from prison today and he is not on parole and is not required to register as a sex offender. While he was guilty of these crimes, he was grandfathered past the Megans Law that requires sex offenders to be registered. Since he committed his crime in 1975, before the law was passed. I think this is ludacris.
