And, like anything else in life, we must find a way to minimize those dangers and risks while still experiencing the Internet to the fullest.

Enter the Net Surfer Safety Pack. This is a short series of articles on the subject of not being defrauded while surfing the Internet and knowing what you are getting yourself into before clicking the “Enter” button.

Thank you so much! This is great stuff and I certainly use it. What I hate most is the fact that a few years ago, I was cautions when it came to the internet, now I have kind of let down my guard a little bit. Definitely not a good idea, so I'll check out the sites for some tips. Thanks for putting the links together!

I have a personal pet peeve for anyone who preys on the naivete of others, especially when it is done under the guise of being helpful. These articles (and whatever follows) are just me taking my experience and self-education to hopefully help others not become some scammer's dinner. ATTITUDE IS EVERYTHING

Nice and useful stuff there jdubhub. +1 it deserves. So many times we all innocently click "yes" to the "download new codecs/drivers/utilities" assuming they will rev up the performance. More often than not we are caused to regret those decisions. I am sure there is a huge market for a "virus proof PC" - if there can be one :-) ↑ Grab this Headline Animator
