The Arts Revolution was pioneered by Theodore Parker Bowles and was launched from Birmingham, England, of all places. History will now show that the city, once the home of the industrial revolution, will also be seen as the seat of the eruption of the World's Arts Revolution!

The Speech that Launched the Arts

In his stunning address at Birmingham Symphony Hall, entitled Art is for One; Art is for All, the leading Arts executive of international renown, outlined how he will bring even diverse, non-mainstream, oft’ coined weird Art forms to the attention of the hoi polloian masses with his campaign “Favouring Arts Retarded Targets”. This is not just another Arts Council funded sop to the under-classes and subprime groups. For a start F.A.R.T. will also receive EU Grants but also many Pork Chop legislations in the US promise to lavish Main Street’s tax dollars.

The campaign will also be rigorously documented and analysed using a methodology developed by the same great man - remember his name - Theodore Parker Bowles.

The Scientific Monitoring of Egalitarian Gain (S.M.E.G) first involved the daily telephoning monitoring of PPB (the Plebian People of Birmingham, England) but has grown to include subprime populations throughout the cities of the industrialised West and North America.
