New conjunctivitis symptoms leave doctors baffled

Unable to find cause of fever, joint pain and headaches accompanying conjunctivitis cases this year, JJ Hospital calls in Pune’s National Institute of Virology for help.
The conjunctivitis epidemic in the city this year has baffled city doctors. Unlike earlier, this time the affliction is accompanied by high fever, joint pain and headaches.
