New software for faster net access to the Visual-challenged

MUMBAI: Accessible News System is a new software to access internet faster for visually challenged people designed by two IItiains. Saurabh Sukla, final year student of IIT Bombay completing his Electrical Engineering and Gaurang Kanvinde IIT alumni

This technology is IP protected technology that makes news websites, blogs, etc readily accessible with screen readers.

It operates directly on the web browser, as no software is needed to download or install, After 10 days of trails, you have to pay a minimal charge for the usage.

It removes the navigation links, graphics and advertisment from the typical web pages and make articles directly available to user.

The user no longer have to search for the article from the innumerable links and advertisement.

It new software will create employment for visually challenged through internet.

Its wonderful and makes life really easy for reading news papers on the net”, Dipendra Manocha, Director, IT & Services, Natioanl Association for Blind, India said.

They are also trying the same technology in the mobile phones. People from the technology field have welcomed this software.
