In the major problems of environmental disturbances, which are the spreading of the pollutants into all kinds of air, water, soil, fire and space (science and technology) around earth. Why do we raise the question of western countries exploiting the third world countries, the developing and under developing countries and thus east in general? The reasons are so drastic that it needs repeated discussions about it:

1. The Civilization and Ethical Problems: The people in the third world have been conditioned to accept the west as the honest, right and perfect in everything, while doubting their own civilizations and authenticity, which these have from ages. It is thus not allowing the conscience, particularly the subconscious mind of these people to have any proper way of civilized life. They seem to run to west to “prove” to be better, superior and thus finding the ways for better life at the native place-it the Brain Drain. Moreover, whatever is decided for the society in these nations is based on the western standards. The example of the Europe as having the same currency and one Visa for the continent is such a self-evidence that they are united, but nothing such unity and integration is present in the civilizations and the societies in the third world countries.

2. Technological developments from West helping or harming the Third World countries: The technology in the third world countries was an employment, work opportunity for all. Even the non-skilled worker could get jobs, the educational requirements were only for the jobs, and where there is real use of education was needed. However, people have gone more illiterate by the technological developments. Even the most educated people or the degree holders are just operators of the machines and the equipments. If there are no machines or equipments, they cannot work. Thus, the entire dependency of work on machine has initially helped all, but now after the dependency upon these, most of the people look for the new machines. It diverted the entire world towards the western market for purchasing these machines. The technical revolution brought people to roads, that is, they started to get unemployed. Now, this is a common problem for both east and west, but the population in the east that is unemployed is much higher than that in the west, moreover the western countries can give the unemployment and medical support to its citizens, but has become a big problem for the third world countries or the east.

3. The end of Ethical and Value Oriented Era by the Global Marketing and Employment System of New World Order: Now, the youth have great tendency to go for better packages or the salary and leave the companies or the jobs without having any bond of ethics or values. They and the labor have created the same problem. The industries have been locked due to slump and this labor problem. It has brought the quality of the products to such a low standards that we may not imagine if it is suitable for natural world. The labor can leave for little more wages offered by the competitor in the market. They get it and the loss that a manufacturer’s bear is beyond calculations. It has lead most of the manufacturers in the third world and in many of the western countries to adopt the trading, becoming brokers and accepting dealership with great margins. Their experiences of decades vanish within weeks. They sell the products from the major companies and also from the foreign or the western countries. The labor and youth thus is helpless to stop this demolishment of manufacturing industries and all that is related to it. Sill worse is that they are well educated or illiterate as the labor is, so they are unlikely to develop the self-employment. Both of these groups keep on moving around the regions states and in the foreign countries as if offering services. Then we came to meet the end of job offering due to economic recession and depression-the global exploitation by the people in the private sector. The youth is asked to achieve a target if they fail; the companies are not bound to pay them anything. The corruption, exploitation, drugs, health hazards, mental sickness-stress and depression, breaking of bonds of all sociological contexts as marriages and friendships stared to result. It created the end of cultures and customs along with the value system. If one has money, one is partner, otherwise a waste product from which everyone wants to get rid off. It leads to the worst kind of problem.

4. End of Philosophical Era: The end of ethics and the value system is a social problem now and at the global level. We all know even though we may claim that our complex of superiority does not accept it, so we label it. The new name for it is the New World Order-the Modern Lifestyle. If so, why pills and alcohols, all should be happy and healthy by all possible means. However it is not so. The society in any country follows a philosophy, but the New World Order is not a philosophy. It is the way of Marketing for Profit, in which even the humans are the products. If any product is better, the previous one can be left. Now it may appear as improvement and development. However, philosophically we improve the products not throw them as useless; it is the case with humans as the products, not the machines, which we cannot improve. So, philosophy ends one human thought becomes mechanical-the action taker only for profit.

5. The Depletion and thus the Extinction of Natural World: We were discussing about the products including humans. Now this has gone to level of nature as well. The technology and end of many above discussed eras and others that also correlate have put humans to diseases like HIV, AIDS, Blood Pressures, Diabetes, and Hypertensions and so on. It is also true with the animals, plants, trees, forest, oceans and what to say, the pollution has surrounded our planet, while entering into water, soil, fire, magnetic and the electromagnetic spheres and the air. It is slowly killing the natural world that also includes us, the humans as said before. Now, the marketers can offer many ways to save ourselves from these conditions. Thus came the revolution in the medical world and filled the global market with so many medicines, fertilizers and other ways of quick relief that we have become as if the mosquitoes dwelling on the antibiotics. The reverse order in nature has emerged, the poisonous and the germs, bacteria and other living organisms that harmful to humans and other superior level of life are following the greater resistance against diseases, which they may get, rather they are getting stronger-the Reverse Order for the New World Order. The more we go against natural world more harmful diseases will be produced and the mosquito may turn out be the Dinosaur of Reverse Order in nature. We may accept it as the antibiotics that nature uses to save itself as our body does.

We may kindly ponder over it to save our natural world and thus ourselves as the superiors, the superior most specie, not as selfish gene, but the selfless gene because have super ego, though it is also seems to die along with ending of other eras, particularly the philosophical. For it, we may keep on signing petitions, however if we may seek the immediate reply for these petition then worth of these may be noticeable otherwise it will be almost similar to protesting people, who police stops to give even the petitions, but our individual effects in daily life are also important and thankfully it is what we are doing.
