Resolutions are just resolutions and people can say it but it doesn't mean they'll do it. How about sticking with your resolution for a change this year. Lose all the weight you want to lose. It's not so hard to lose weight if you got the motivation for it. What's your motivation? It could be a new year's date or to fit in that jeans. Whatever it may be, you have drop all that pounds for 2009. It's not that hard to lose weight. Just turn on your favorite music and dance like you've just took some crazy pills. This works every single time. You can stop in an hour and you'll find that you've burn some calorie and unload your heart. The key to weight loss is to move around. Sitting around will make you gain that weight. There's nothing like sitting at your job and then go home and sit some more.
It's the new year so start it out right. Ask yourself to make a new year resolution and stick with it. It's the new year and you deserve a new life. Forget about all the drama in 2008 and move to a better new year. We should always strive to make progress in our life. The more progress the better. The most important thing is that you have to give it a try. Making changes are good. Aren't you tire of being the ways that you've always been. Just try something new this year and promise yourself not to go back to that old habit. What if you have drinking problem? Well, in the new year, make a resolution to stay sober and try something else for a change. Don't ruin your life anymore. Don't waste all the precious time that God gives us here on Earth. One day you just may regret it. One day it may be all over and you wish you had spend more time being happy then drown in your problems. Happy New Year!
