New Year's Eve 2007-2008: Events in New York City

Of course New York is famous for the ball-drop in Times Square, but there are plenty of other activities going on in the City on New Year's Eve as the calendar turns from 2007 to 2008.

There are fireworks in Central Park and in Brooklyn; a New Year's Eve bike ride through Manhattan; a Circle Line New Year's Eve cruise; and a walk across the Brooklyn Bridge into the new year.
