New York City Another Country Music Radio Broken Heart

WYNY No Country Music Radio Station in New York City? A strong-signal station would also reach Long Island, the Jersey Shore, North-Central Jersey, the Lehigh Valley and Westchester County, a potential audience of millions of people.
You would think that advertisers would want to reach an underserved audience that buys a lot clothes, furniture and cars and trucks.
WantYouthfulNewYorkCity residents for your loyal customer base advertise with WYNYC American Music.
I found another singer-songwriter who just causes those old-time feelings of when you hear a song for the first time you know that there is something happening here.
While the songs on the radio today sometimes draw your attention with just the first few chords that say, "Listen up, there is something important coming" that happens less and less these days."If I Were Rain" by Skyla Spencer is one of those songs. Click this link:

There must be some reason the radios sounds the same all over the United States, Click this text link:

I just got a flash of inspiration, why not have a place to feature new talent ? We could shine the BrightLights on them, click this text link:

Thanks, Idlewild

The radio station call letters, WYNYC are an anagram for: Want Youthful New York City residents to read and hear your advertisements? You might have something there, sports may be the most popular entertainment now. I had the sports section open before work this morning and two coworkers asked me if the Mets and Yankees had won, these were the first games of the new season I was reading about. I know more people are in sport fanatsy leagues than play sports themselves.

Huh?

"WantYouthful[/b]NewYorkCity residents for your loyal customer base advertise with WYNYC American Music." ??? Not sure what this means. But yes, it's been a long time since there was a country station in NYC. The last one closed up show in the late '70s, I think. But for some reason the city has four all-sports stations.
