NFL Regular Season

NFL means National Football League. The National Football League is the largest Professional Football league in the US. The National Football League currently consists of thirty-two teams from the US. The NFL is divided evenly into two conferences: (1) the American Football Conference (AFC) and (2) the National Football Conference (NFC). Each of these two conferences has four divisions that have 4 teams each.

Each team during the NFL season plays 16 games during a 17-week period. This NFL season 16 games includes six games against a team's divisional rivals, as well as several inter-division and inter-conference games.

After the end of the regular season, six teams from each of two conferences play in the NFL playoffs. The NFL playoffs is a twelve-team single-elimination tournament that culminates with the championship game. The championship game is known as the Super Bowl. The Super Bowl game is held at a pre-selected site which is usually a city that hosts an NFL team. Selected all-star players from American Football Conference (AFC) and National Football Conference (NFC) meet in the Pro Bowl.

Of all the sports in US, NFL football tickets are generally the most sought-after on the sports tickets market. This is because of the high level of demand for football tickets, including the fact that there are not as many games played when compared to other sports and the long-standing intense rivalries that exist around the country. For example: a fan can look at any division and spot intense rivalries, including the Bears against the Packers, the Redskins against the Cowboys and the Raiders against the Chiefs, among many others. Every game means a lot towards a team's final success or failure, which is why fans at every game create an atmosphere unlike any other in US sports.
