Nintendo Wii vs Playstation, PC

Well lets see the Nintendo Wii. This might be the fad right now but I have to be honest. I would not buy one of these because I don't think it really has enough to offer an adult. For kids the Nintendo Wii is really great I'm sure. For me however I need to be able to get a little more involved story wise when it comes to games. I know that there are more adult titles for the Wii but not enough. I need a system that is going to have the games that I like all the time.

It makes me wish that game systems were more like CD or DVD players. I can listen to any CD or watch any DVD I want. Its not like I can watch Star Wars on my Panasonic DVD player but if I want to watch The Lord Of The Rings I need the Sony DVD player. Wouldn't that suck. Well that is how I feel about game systems.

Right now I stick with what is best. The PC and the Playstation 3. I don't need an Xbox because all of those games are made for a Microsoft council so I can just play those games on the PC anyway. As for the Playstation at least I get my favorite games for sure. Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Metal Gear Solid, Grand Theft Auto.

No, the Wii does not appeal to me and it never will. I use to play Nintendo back in the day. I had Nintendo then Super Nintendo and they were fine until the 3DO came out. Boy what a shame everyone bought a Playstation and not a 3DO because 3DO was way better and had better games also. Well, I will weep about that later.

The Nintendo Wii simply put is more for kids and not so much for adult who have played games there whole lives already like myself or adults that are looking for more interesting games to play. The Nintendo Wii is great for what it does but not so great for what I want it to do. Not to mention the graphics are not as good on the Wii.

So if you are thinking about getting a system keep these things in mind. If your a mild user or maybe want some mild exorcise then get the Wii. If your into games or want a more involving adult experience then get a Playstation or use the PC or like I do both PC and Playstation 3
