No Bones About It: Celery and Bone Health

No bones about it, bone health and celery go hand in hand. Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and more look just like bones. Isn't that interesting? Not only that, but these foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. A coincidence? You be the judge. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones, making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body.

Wow! God is an amazing creator. He put a lot of thought into the design of his universe. If we just stop and listen long enough, and we just stop and look close enough we can see him through his miraculous designs.
