In recent years noni juice (the juice of the tropical noni plant), has become popular worldwide among people who have experienced health benefits as a result of drinking it. While it cannot be claimed that it benefits everyone, it is worth trying it for yourself if you’re interested in finding out more about what it can do for you. However, there are a few things you should consider before buying, and this article provides a brief guide.

1. Not all brands of noni juice are equally good, or work in the same way for everyone. Try a few different brands for yourself, to see which suits your body best. 2. If you buy noni juice online you should always familiarise yourself with the policies of the site you’re buying from first, and ensure that you’re satisfied with their terms and conditions (particularly their refunds policy).

You should also check the ingredients in the noni juice that you’re thinking of buying – it should contain only noni juice, and not be loaded up with sugar and synthetic chemicals (although some brands do use a very small quantity of other fruit juice, such as raspberry juice, as a natural sweetener, which is ok). Beware of products labelled as ‘noni drink’, as these are not normally pure juice but are heavily diluted and adulterated.

4. Be wary of noni juices that are extremely cheap; although there are good value high quality brands around, noni juice is not a really cheap product, and you do get what you pay for to a large extent. Although at the other end of the spectrum, some brands are extortionately priced, so don’t let yourself be ripped off.

5. Also, don’t buy from any company that is making OTT claims about the product. Noni juice has benefited many, but it’s not a cure-all, and results can’t be guaranteed. Run a mile from anyone who claims otherwise!
