nyc.gov/parade - Yankees Parade Lottery Form

Here is the link to submit for the Yankees celebration lottery.  The lottery will take place on Thursday, November 5 between 2 PM and 4 PM est.  You must be 18 to enter and only 1 entry per person.  Just provide you first name, last name, phone number, email address.  A valid photo ID will be needed to claim prize.
