According to Julia Keller of  The Chicago Tribune in her syndicated piece, "Can Anybody Be President? No Way, Says Author", John R. MacArthur in his book, You Can't Be President:The Outragageous Barriers to Democracy in America, a little kid can't grow up to be President unless he (and MacArthur said don't even think about a she) raises a lot of money, and Mr. MacArthur claims most of Obama's money is coming from the Daley machine, and Wall Street.

He said this outdated notion that a President Lincoln is going to rise up out of a log cabin is hog wash. And MacArthur wants us to stop telling our children this myth. You need money, he claims. I've been saying that all along when the media complains about John and Cindy McCains 7 houses. Look people; nobody poor is going to run. The McCains never claimed to come out of a log cabin!

In fact, I think you must be crazy to run for office nowadays. You are all over the Internet!

And one day, all your comments from Xomba will be right at your voter's fingertips when you run.

You know if all the candidates Republican, Democrat, Libertarian, Green Party, and Independents included could only spend say $1 million legislated by law, don't you think we would have a more fair election, and get better Presidents? Maybe a Lincoln could run again. Like I said you have to be rich, and crazy to run for office nowadays, and maybe that is not the best qualification for President.
