Obesity in my opinion is a major concern since it increases the risk for health problems.

Those includes high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, diabetes, heart disease and stroke.

Now a research suggests that there is a strong link in obesity between mothers and daughters and fathers and sons.

Since the the researchers believe that link is behavioral rather than genetic, there is a ray of hope....
