Odd Numbers Are Masculine, Even Numbers Are Feminine

Do numbers have a meaning beyond their numerical value? Some people claim that they do.
In some cultures odd numbers carry a "masculine" connotation and even numbers a "feminine" one. The masculine principle relates to a rational approach, considered
more typical of men, whereas the feminine principle relates to the intuitive approach considered more typical of women. Prime numbers are considered very masculine because they are very independent (they have no factors). The exception is 2 which is both prime and even.
Pythagoras was one of the first to come up with numerology patterns. Along with describing numbers in terms of math and geometry, he also described them in terms of traits dealing with intuition and mysticism. The number one was creative, since the addition of multiple ones can create any other number. Two represented duality and was female, while three was male. As the sum of two and three, five represented marriage, and since it fell exactly in the middle of the numbers one through nine, it also represented justice. Ten was regarded as a sacred number because it is the sum of the first four digits.
According to some modern numerologists, each number has a specific vibration. People, foods, objects and colors also vibrate. In order to live a productive and harmonious life, people should make sure their environment vibrates in harmony with their own vibrations. The numbers one to nine have their own unique properties that are the direct result of their vibration.
Here is a chart of some of the attributes of different numbers:
1 – willpower, determination, aggression, leadership, ego
2 - harmony, peace, balance, emotions
3 - creativity, versatility, joy, luck
4 – order, practicality, endurance, efficiency
5 – curiosity, marriage, eccentricity, versatility, adventure
6 – idealism, loyalty, perfection, harmony, truthfulness
7 – magic, wisdom, intelligence, mystery, solitude
8 –karma, balance, authority
9 – forgiveness, compassion, possessiveness, inspiration, spirituality
People of certain numbers are said to connect better with other certain numbers. A lot of baloney you say? Perhaps, but some people swear by the power of numbers.
