Olaparib, a New Cancer Drug, Producing "Promising Results"
posted June 25, 2009 - 10:50amResearchers are very enthusiastic about Olaparib, a new cancer drug, that has performed well in preliminary drug trials. Nineteen patients were administered the drug, and showed considerable shrinking -- or stabilization -- of tumors. The cases included those with inherited forms of advanced breast, ovarian and prostate cancers.
