Olde Tyme Recipes; Molassas Pudding

Molasses Pudding

1 cup of sorgum ( Note ) the only place you can find this anymore is one the internet. It is expensive and it is NOT molasses.

1 cup of butter

1 cup of boiling water

1 tsp soda

3 cups of flour

1 cup of chopped nuts, the chopped them with a knife back then

1 cup of dates chopped.

Steam for 2 hours Serve with heavy whipped cream
