Onam celebration begins and the god's own country has feast for tourists

Onam festival lasts for 10 long days with variety of cultural programs. During Onam period India government celebrates Kerala tourism week. The history of Onam has a lot of colorful stories and it is believed that Mahabali king visited them during Onam period.
