One skipper to another.

One skipper to another.

I too know the delicate balance required to place lovers, rock and water, into a passionate dance that arcs across a mirrored floor. So many stones so little time!!!! I’m to the point where a simple foot nudge of single rock, hidden among many, spikes on my radar if the tone rings true. Those flat forms of floating heaven found by ear, a sickness or calling, I ask you? A broad river bridged by a brief stitching of kisses that fade as fast as angels tears they tasted for just a lightning strike upon their soul.

I can’t wait to reunite river, rock, and release. Till then may all the births launched, side arm, low, and level, find that narrow path just right to satisfy the clean simplicity of a pebbles path across a puddle.

Stoned skippers...

yeah, like that captain who crashed the Exxon Valdez in Alaska years ago... never drink and drive, especially if you're driving an oil tanker the size of Cleveland!

(But, M, that would take all the beauty out of it.)

Peace be with all the stone-skippers (and stoned skippers) of the world.

AWESOME-AWESOME-AWESOME, but ...

I didn't know it was rock-skipping until I scrolled-down to LadyPeninhand's comment. I thought it was some seafarer's lament on being imprisoned to a work-farm, and from there developing the radar of a bat 8~} (That is, I suggest you change the title to "From one Rock-Skipper to another" or "From one Skipping Rock to another.") - Call me J, MythMan J

Skipping rocks

and hearts...Love it!!! Captured it beautifully!! Like I said, 'what must it be like'?
