OPEC Refuses To Hike Production Of Oil To Bail Out US

OPEC has, for the second time refused to hike up oil production to bail out America, turning a deaf ear to a ple by US President Gerge Bush. The OPEC's logic is that there is plenty of oil in the market and it was the mismanagement of the US economy which was driving up the oil prices.
