Oprah Winfrey's personal chef, Mr. Art Smith has opened his own Chicago restaurant featuring food he has cooked for Ms. Oprah Winfrey.

It is located at 52 West Elm Street, Chicago, and Oprah is endorsing his restaurant on national television. It will feature his famous southern cooking, Fried Chicken and Waffles, southern home made pies, Biscuits and Gravy with Grits, and Eggs, Chicken Jumbo with Okra, and Shrimp with Grits.
