Overall Medal Standings at Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games are as follows:

**China still at the top with 25 Gold medals and total of 53 medals,
**followed by Great Britain with 19 Gold medals and total of 25 medals.
**Third is USA with 7 Gold medals so far and a total medal tally of 11.
